Recht op rectificatie: Gegevens kloppen niet? Laat ze corrigeren.

Recht op export: Vraag je gegevens in leesbare vorm (bijv. CSV-bestand).

Hoe oefenen je dit uit? Stuur een schriftelijk verzoek naar de klantendienst of privacy officer. Nederlands recht stelt dat het casino moet reageren binnen 30 dagen. Ontvang je geen antwoord? Dien een klacht in bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP).
